Text detection models

Serifu finds the text on a page with two models:

RT-DETRv4-X Manga109-s by tori29umai, licensed under Apache-2.0, trained on the Manga109-s dataset (Aizawa Yamasaki Matsui Lab, The University of Tokyo).
comic-text-and-bubble-detector by ogkalu, licensed under Apache-2.0.
