Troubleshooting
Fixes for sign-in, failed pages and slow translation.
The browser did not open when signing in
Click Copy the link in the app and open it in your browser yourself.
A page failed
Failed pages are refunded automatically. Click Retry on the page. If it keeps failing, contact us with the page number.
Translation is slow
Each page is read by a large model, which takes a few seconds; pages run in parallel. A slow or unstable connection slows it down further.
