Credits and prices
What each action costs in Serifu, in the browser and in the app. 1 credit a page, whichever translation model; credit packs that never expire; 5 free pages to start.
Serifu is paid in credits, the same credits in the browser and in the app. There is no subscription. Every price is shown beside its action before anything is charged, with your balance after it.

The translation models and their prices are set on serifu.net and shown wherever you choose a model. Credits are counted in tenths, so a balance can read 792.4.
A page with a great deal of text
Nearly every page is 1 credit. A page that holds far more text than a page usually does is skipped when a volume runs and marked Over the allowance, handle by hand. Open it and use Read and translate this page again: Serifu says the page's price first, and nothing is charged until you agree.
Failed pages
A page that fails is refunded, and so is a block that fails to retouch. You can try again.
Credit packs
Buy credits on the pricing page. Credits never expire. New accounts get 5 free pages; they translate with the base model, and other models and retouches use bought credits.
Refunding a purchase
Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can get a full refund if none of its credits have been used. Email support@serifu.net with your order number. See the Terms.
